Lovely quiet location in the old town by the river. Nice view from the (single) bedroom -- even mini-bar. Spotless and beautifully refurbished.

This hotel in a quiet area of Kopenick proved to be a great value for money. The staff were helpful and friendly, providing attention to detail throughout our stay. The rooms were clean and spacious, with the added bonus of a balcony for some fresh air. The breakfast buffet offered a lovely river view, making our mornings even more enjoyable.
No major issues, everything was satisfactory.

The staff were friendly. The rooms were quite spacious (if somewhat dated) and the bathroom and shower were very good. The view from the dining room and terrace was very attractive as was the roof top sun terrace and pool, but due to the terrible weather we didn't get to make much use of these facilities, which were two of the main reason we chose the hotel, in fact! The location near the splendid Rathaus (town hall) was also a plus.
The breakfast buffet was always exactly the same, which after a week was a bit dull. Also, it would have been improved with some healthier options (muesli, natural yoghurt, etc.) having said that, the service was attentive and responsive. The rooms could do with a little modernising and a second pillow wouldn't have gone amiss! Perhaps our view was clouded by the terrible weather we had, which is not the hotel's fault! I imagine I'd be more enthusiastic if we had been able to use the pool and sun terrace more than just the once during the entire week...

We enjoyed the stunning view of the river from our hotel room which was very clean and spacious. The hotel facilities such as the key card system and the 24-hour reception made our stay comfortable and convenient. We found it easy to get around using public transport as the hotel is conveniently located by several tram and bus stops. Also, we found that there were plenty of restaurants in the vicinity where we enjoyed delicious meals.
Nothing not too like, we had a pleasant and comfortable stay.

Had a wonderful romantic escape with my partner. The room was spacious and very comfortable, with a beautiful view of the river. The staff was friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. We particularly enjoyed the rooftop terrace and the swimming pool, perfect for relaxation after a day of sightseeing. The location was ideal, close to public transport and amenities.
The noise from the surrounding bars and restaurants which disturbed our sleep, but well, it is expected in such a lively area. It was a bit inconvenient that there was no automatic reconnection to the wifi when re-entering the room, but apart from that, no major issues.

The hotel had a great location near the river, with bars and bistros nearby for holiday celebrations. the staff was friendly and the key card system was convenient. the room had all the necessary amenities, and the standard breakfast had enough options.
The entrance doors were confusing, with no instructions given on how to use the hotel card to get in. the pillows were too soft and didn't provide enough support for comfortable sleeping.

Located in a lovely neighbourhood near a busy fire station and a football stadium, this hotel is perfect for a quiet getaway. the rooms are clean and comfortable, with basic yet satisfactory bathrooms. the friendly and helpful staff always provide good service. Miss not the delicious buffet, style breakfast, served from 6am to 11am. With pre, paid cards for 24 hour Wi, Fi access, staying connected is easy. Additional facilities like a pool and rooftop terrace makes this hotel an enjoyable experience.
The hotel can feel outdated and may need a makeover in certain areas.
